Author and inspirational speaker Jadell Lee has a burning passion for discovering the gifts people have and inspiring them to use those gifts to their fullest potential – especially as it pertains to the personal development of children, teens, and young adults, teaching them to reinvest in the ”why” of what they do. Through his coaching, self-esteem development, and inspiration, Jadell has worked with Artists such as YG and “Empire’s,” Jussie Smollett and has trained many who have gone on to become television, film and music professionals for productions and organizations such as NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” the San Francisco 49er’s, MTV’s

“Taking the Stage,” MTV’s “Americas Best Dance Crew,” BET’s “Sunday’s Best,” GMC’s “Gospel Dream,” and the CWTV’s “Americas Next Top Model.”


As master choreographer and instrutor, Jadell trained exclusively in Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Modern dance. Jadell Lee trained under professionals who taught at the summer Alvin Ailey Intensives in San Francisco and with professionals who danced with the Phillipine Ballet Theatre, Ballet Pacifica, and the Los Angeles Ballet. Jadell has also danced for (CODA) Company of Dance Artists, the Inland Dance Theatre and Amped Entertainment.


Jadell has performed for televised events such as ACT-SO Competition’s awards ceremony, Kevin Johnson’s Mayoral Inauguration, and has choreographed the opening productions of the Miss Black California Pageant, the Miss Black Sacramento Pageant, the Little Miss Capital City Pageant, as well as the Miss Greater Inland Empire Pageant.


In addition, Jadell has choreographed productions for the University of California, Riverside’s homecoming extravaganza, “Midnight Madness.” He also choreographed a Promo for John’s Incredible Pizza, which was featured in their California, and Nevada locations.


Holding various positions, Jadell has served as guest instructor, dance instructor, competition team director, dance coordinator, and marketing director for numerous academies, studios, and non-profit organizations throughout the United States, such as Abby Lee Dance Company, Bowen Hayes School of the Arts, Riverside Dance Academy, Brooklyn Dance Academy, Kristi’s Forever Dancin’ Dance Studio, LJR Arts Academy, Tiffany’s Dance Academy, Principal Creative & Performing Arts, The Dance Center of Carmel, Fancy Feet Dance Academy, Colorado Ballet Society, The PEAK School of Dance and Mission Dance & Performing Arts. He has also worked for the Moreno Valley Unified School District as Vista Heights Middle School’s Competition Team Coach. In Addition, Jadell served as a faculty member and talent coach for dance competitions and scholarship programs.


As inspirational speaker, Jadell is known for his high-energy and dynamic, ICreate workshops, where participants engage in INNERaction, which involves positive and productive self-esteem development, communal development, and productive conflict resolution. They also learn to model and reflect self awareness and purpose activation. Jadell also continues to bring life, energy and inspiration through his book, Your First Position: A Simple Guide to Self-Discovery, Activation, and Breakthrough.


He is an active dance educator, touring adjudicator, published author, and professional speaker who brings a fresh perspective of life to audiences across the country. He enjoys constantly feeding his creativity through leadership seminars, personal development, and growing in his artistry for dance. Jadell values time laughing with his family and has grown to understand that genuine relationships are the key to fulfillment in life. Jadell Lee is represented by Go 2 Talent Agency, Assistant Director of CRU Dance Competition, touring faculty for conventions such as Thrive Dance Experience and Creations Dance Championships, a guest master instructor with both the Abby Lee Dance Company & SimmaDance’s, Simma Masters Series. In addition, Jadell holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance with a focus on experimental and unconventional choreography from the University of California, Riverside.
